Thanks for your input, Rick. Transparency works best when it goes both ways between the client and the Realtor. It's a collaboration between the parties which helps to maximize one's buying/selling experience.

Our job as Realtors is to take the information given to us by the buyer and provide the missing pieces. Is the home in a good neighborhood, built by a good builder, a functional house style and floor plan, in a good school system, etc? As agents, we need to get down to the neighborhood/street level, providing detailed information about a home and its location.
