Drew has held this position with the company since 2007. Mr. Holderman has more than ten years of experience in management within the action sports apparel, and real estate industries. In his current position, his responsibilities for Intero Santana Row include directing the production expectations of what we consider the profit center model of the future and ensuring the highest level of client service standards. Mr. Holderman's passion for leveraging technology and pushing the real estate industry into the future has proved a perfect match for the Santana Row Branch. In addition to overseeing the operations of the Santana Row branch, Mr. Holderman is also highly involved with our vendor partnerships and field technology strategies. Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Holderman held various Senior Executive positions with such notable companies as Gap Inc., Sessions, and Black Flys Clothing. Through years of leadership experience, Mr. Holderman has built result driven teams that have positively impacted the bottom line profits and brand image of these companies. As a former CEO, Mr. Holderman brings a considerable amount of vision and values, as well as passion, to Intero. Mr. Holderman has been a member of both the United Sates Ski Team and the United States Cycling Team and currently resides in Los Gatos, CA.
