David Faudman

CEO, CleanOffer, Inc.

For the past 20 consecutive years, David has been a national top 1% producing real estate broker closing hundreds of millions of dollar in sales.  In 2002 he started ClanOffer.com to increase efficiency in the real estate industry by helping agents close more transactions and assist their clients on a more strategic level. In mature CleanOffer markets, subscribing real estate agents are responsible for over 50% of the local market home sales.

David continues to serve as director and founder of the members only Top Agent Network, an agent-to-agent communication system for sharing off-market real estate information.  He serves as an R&D member for a major MLS, and is a former President of a real estate development company. He also worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, Inc.

David earned an MBA from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Engineering from Tufts University. He currently lives in Larkspur, California.
