Craig King

COO, Chase International

Craig King is the Chief Operating Officer for Chase International Real Estate.  He joined the organization in April of 2006 bringing more than 25 years of dynamic industry experience to Chase.

King has implemented a number of systems during his tenure at Chase International that have more than doubled the gross commission income of the company.  Key to organization growth has been the implementation of both new and improved technology systems.  Chase has led the market place in vertical search implementation since August of 2006 syndicating to more than 25 web content providers.  The company recently launched the first social networking site in real estate, ChaseNation. Chase has also undertaken implementations of both Adwriter and Agent Achieve.  The system implementations have streamlined economic expenditures, created differentiation and enabled Chase to provide a very compelling product service menu in the agent recruiting process.  Agents respond well to the mix.  Sales associate count has grown from 60 to 160 in the last two years.

King has also facilitated company growth through mergers and acquisitions.  The company is actively seeking fold-ins and acquisitions.  Over the past sixteen months the organization has acquired two companies in South Lake Tahoe California making Chase the market leader.

Prior to joining Chase International King was the Chief Operating Officer for Prudential Realty/Cosner group.  The Orange County California based company operated with 12 offices and 1100 agents. During his tenure the agent count of the organization doubled.

King also served for 16 years with Des Moines, Iowa based Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service.  During his final six years with the organization he served as vice president of member development where he had overall responsibility for franchise sales, membership service and network training helping grow the network from 900 to more than 1500 offices in North America.

Currently, looking to take advantage of a challenging market, King has implemented tight financial constraints, practical market condition training for agents and a compelling value proposition for the expansion of the company.
