Chris Crocker
Vice President, Southwestern Region, NRT, Inc.
A seasoned real estate veteran with extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Chris Crocker is presently serving as the Vice President of Operations for the South-Western U.S. region of NRT, LLC, the nation's largest real estate brokerage. In his present role, Chris oversees day to day operations of the NRT corporate owned Coldwell Banker stores including over 100 branches with over 6,000 real estate agents.
Chris is also responsible for spearheading strategic partnerships and technology development within NRT and Realogy. In addition to his internal responsibilities with NRT and Realogy, Chris is actively involved in the future direction of the real industry as a whole. Presently he serves on the California Association of Realtors Strategic Planning and Finance committee, C.A.R. Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Board of Directors for the California Statewide MLS initiative. He has been a featured speaker at the Inman real estate technology conferences and has served as an advisor and speaker for numerous industry trade organizations speaking on the impacts of technology,competition and transparency on the real estate industry. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Chris was President of Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty and formerly a Vice President with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate.
In addition to numerous residential and investment clients, Chris has previously served as exclusive broker to many major corporations including: Staples, Bank of America, In-N-Out Burger, Blockbuster Video, Mobil Oil and the U.S. Department of Justice. A native of Los Angeles, Chris is a graduate of the U.C.L.A. Anderson Graduate School of Business Executive Program. Chris resides in Palos Verdes Estates with his wife and two young daughters. In his spare time Chris is active in sailboat racing with the California Yacht Club in Marina Del Rey. R
