Brad Geisen is the Founder, President and CEO of Foreclosure.com. He is a successful real estate investor, developer, broker and property asset manager who has launched multiple businesses in the real estate, banking and Internet technology sectors throughout a career that spansmore than two decades.With his vast knowledge of the real estate foreclosure industry, Brad was contracted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to run a test pilot program to outsource the department's property disposition arm in 1991. Since then his vision has created many industry-changing technologies and services that have streamlined and automated the process. In fact, most if not all of the trailblazing efforts are used today by all as standard course of business. Brad is a licensed mortgage lender (Florida), licensed mortgage broker (Florida), licensed real estate broker (Florida), certified asset property manager and loan portfolio analyst.
