Ben Phillips

Vice President of New Products and Research, Managing Director, Realogy Franchise Group

Ben Phillips has devoted his career to the real estate industry in a variety of capacities. Starting as an award winning sales associate in 1989, he managed a branch office and then operated a region of sales and rental offices throughout northern New Jersey.

In 1996 Ben transitioned to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation and has since worked in a variety of different capacities managing technology initiatives. He was promoted to corporate Vice President of the parent company, Cendant in 1999. In his current role Ben is the Vice President of New Products and Research for the Realogy Franchise Group.

Ben has been instrumental in such initiatives as the management of the Realogy Technology Trust Fund, the purchase and deployment of LeadRouter® and negotiating agreements for Realogy's listings distribution initiatives. Ben is the Managing Director of OpenHouse.com, Realogy's open house marketing portal. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for Trulia and Google Real Estate. Ben is also the corporate Broker of Record for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. In his spare time Ben is a championship race car driver and recently won the 2007 NY State Road racing championship for the Sports Car Club of America.
