99acres.com is India's largest real estate website...having around 10000 brokers/realtors), 3000 builders/developers as current paid customers...we also have around 25000 owners/individuals putting up their listings (but only a fraction of them pay...they list for free). Our revenue model is pure-play media model...where clients pay for listing, display advertising & mailer/sms campaigns. We charge an upfront fee for advertising...no lead-based or conversion-based model.

These seem to offer what I am looking for, but a couple offer stealth (hidden) advertising, and more SEO management and leads which I think would be worth having. I'm managing the redesign of unionstreetmedia.com, which isn't a real estate site, it's a site for selling sites to real estate professionals (main goal is lead generation).

I'd like to get feedback before the redesign, when it's easiest to incorporate suggestions.
