When You start too see more and more owner financing or land sales contract forms of purchasing avaiable you want to share it with the others in your community as well as the consumers!So that it is what I am doing.
there are 15+ land sales types of homes for sale.
and I had to share it here that it is an option for any buyers that read this that The Oregon Coast wants you.
