change doorknobs
change kitchen cabinetknobs
install new dishwasher
pay a landscaper to give your property a face-lift

Make sure the house is clean. Think the drill sergeant is coming to do a white glove inspection type clean. Buyers do not want someone else's dirt.
Also, declutter the house. The seller is moving any way, and it will make the house bigger.
Finally, paint.

Pack up anything you don't use and get it out of the house so it appears spacious.
